Ok I ate one fried thing today. Was at a Japanese restaurant and they had takoyaki which is something Ive always wanted to try so I had to do it. That was a one time deal though.

It was delicious by the way

Honestly. This isn't bad!

Dieting is hard, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Breaking habits, is also hard!

Having a few comfort food meals, snacks, whatever, every once in awhile is going to be more beneficial you mentally going through this. Going straight cold turkey on everything works on a very miniscule amount of people.

The key is not to rely on motivation. Motivation will get you started, and that steam may keep you going for 1, 2, 3, 10 weeks, but at some point that will fade, and it comes down to discipline. Knowing that you can have a meal that may be "bad" for you isn't going to kill or impede your progress. It's about not over indulging on it, and staying consistent.

Good on ya!
