On one hand, I can understand that there's been a long, loving relationship between them where they haven't been aware of this awful situation. There's got to be some mixed feelings about the whole thing, reconciling that six year long relationship with the knowledge that the person you were in love with and had sex with is actually your brother.

But saying that, the answer to your question of "is it insane to just keep going" is a clear, unanimous, absolute YES. It IS fucking insane to keep FUCKING YOUR BIOLOGICAL BROTHER because you're six years into an unintentionally incestuous relationship. To go "well he's already nutted in me and made me queef an untold number of times, might as well keep going" is abject fucking insanity. Why is this even up for debate?

Seriously, think about what you're saying. "Well obviously they shouldn't have kids, but--" why the fuck is there a "but" in this conversation? When you find out your lover is actually a direct blood relative, you stop fucking them. It's common decency if nothing else.

Like I said initially, I can only imagine the nightmare this situation would be for this couple. How do you reconcile six years of a close romantic bond with the sudden knowledge that you're related to them? But it is absolutely buttfuck insane to go "they're just two crazy kids who've already done it all, why should we rain on their parade and make them stop?" It's because they're direct fucking siblings. When that becomes apparent, you have to stop.
