But if you want to use it this year, you'll have to get your subscription before you lose the ability to do so (there will be a few month period when people can't subscribe if they didn't pre-load funds, so you have to make your decision before then). Due to the 3DS being readily hackable now, those who didn't download Pokemon Bank in time could probably still install it outside of the normal process of downloading it off the eShop.
