There's a clear difference between doing that in the early 2000's men's tag team division (where the division was already really strong and filled with credible teams ready to be elevated) and doing that in the current-day women's tag team division (where there are basically no legitimate tag teams and all of the various thrown together teams are being broken up every couple of months often for no good reason).
