The cost you have to incur to get a replacement is $180, so that's the cost that should be incurred by their insurance to cover the consequence of them failing to ensure the package was delivered securely. That you paid $0 for the initial product doesn't change the replacement value. Now, the fact that you refused a signature might mean you don't win that fight. They did offer a more secure delivery option, but you turned it down, so that probably absolves them of any shortcomings there. --- This is my signature.
