The INT requirement is 24 and I only have 9 soooooo gonna be a bit before I can try it out. Honestly I wouldve thought this was a lot more hidden and harder to get to, like an endgame treasure or something. I randomly found it as well, except both of my characters don't have the stats for it, so i have never used it.
