Fran is an artificial person made out of body parts stitched together. She’s the equal of the man who created her, and likes to perform surgery to help people, but is oblivious to the negative effects her actions sometimes have.

Looks-wise, I’m kind of torn. She can be drawn cute, sure, but in real life there’s no way she wouldn’t look hideous. No amount of blond hair and cute features is going to survive all of these stitches and bolts. That said, though, I decided the drawing version is the canon one, so I ranked her based on it… and she’s still below average. It’s not just the stitches, though, there’s something vaguely unsettling about her face.

Personality-wise, she genuinely wants to help people, but just completely doesn’t get humanity. Fates worse than death, killing sapient clones, and just being a complete ditz are all on the table. I still gave her a positive number just because she seems so pleasant and earnest, though.

PWC-wise, she’s an extremely talented doctor, so there’s little chance of getting sick or hurt while she’s around. That’s a plus, I guess?

Overall… I gave her a high-ish score, but really, Fran isn’t the waifu for me. She’s a little too ditzy and a little too strange.
