You can choose to end your life at any time by any means accessible to you. So no matter what, the worst case scenario is that you allow yourself to suffocate. Of course, if you have access to a gun you could allow the bullet to kill you. But the "allowing harm" ability is only usable for the purpose of dying. You can't "allow yourself to starve" temporarily as a means of shedding weight and then re-activating your immortality.
