| slacker03150 06/28/17 5:31:22 PM #3: | Honestly, in most places it is pretty hard to evict someone on short notice. All you have to do is threaten to hold out for as long as the law allows. He will either need to lose you both (new tenant won't stay with him when he can't provide an apartment.) or lose the new tenant and if you have been paying faithfully every month I don't see why he would go with the unknown unless he is that spiteful. --- I am awesome and so are you.
