I wouldn't call it bad; I'm happy they are doing what they love and have the means to support it, but sometimes it feels like the person is less of a person and more of a caricature. Who am I to judge though? Life's rough and maybe this is their "happy hour," their happy place, their distraction so to speak. That's fair to say all fanatics are off-putting.
