Not necessarily that. I mean fasting isn't always bad as long as you're smart about how you do it and don't do it for too long. It's just that tc is just going to go back to his shitty diet and just end up gaining the weight back and learn nothing


How can you sincerely say all of those assumptions as fact? You even know what I will learn before I even learn it? come on


The 3 reasons you posted for fasting don't show that you plan to start better eating habits


Reducing caloric intake and using my willpower to improve definitely do, and even if you were right it still wouldn't give you the ability to know what I will or won't learn from the whole thing.
