How would the young you feel about a diet that consisted of things like "lentils, rice, tofu, and greek yogurt"? Doesn't that sound like what you'd write a character in a movie eat if you wanted to show the character was bland and un-fun?

God bless if it makes you happy, but do you get what I'm saying?

how is this any different than what you've been saying for 10 years?

I'm seriously asking.

Early on I wanted general tips. I tried to find out what was needed to be done to lose weight. With time I got that carbs were a major factor and that exercise was too, I learned that water wasn't that bad but could have a major difference, I learned that bodybuilding type exercise isn't really what exercise is and that it's more like jogging on a treadmill and that also it can actually make you feel better, with time I learned that people saying that weren't full of total shit. I learned the food pyramid is basically bullshit and that fruit juice isn't great for you just because it contains fruit, I learned that fruit itself has a lot of sugar and things like that. I learned the value of cardio. I learned calories were very important and fat itself not as much.

No, I still don't get how lentils, rice, and greek yogurt don't sound depressing as fuck though,
