Downtown Omaha and New Orleans are a lot better because of the music scenes. All 6th street has are college kids, douche bags, and over priced bars, food, and souvenirs. Austin has a big music scene, though... Also, homeboy who complained about property taxes in California, Texas is one of the highest property tax states.
