Someone on YouTube thinks this song sounds like a song by Queen. I seriously doubt that, but it wouldn't be the first time Capcom blatantly ripped off a pop rock song, and it gives me an excuse to listen to something non-Mega Man related:

...huh. That actually does sound pretty similar. I'm not going to question the music video, because gazing into late 80's music videos and trying to find meaning in them can lead only to madness.

And apparently this song was the inspiration for the Danny Phantom theme. Should I link that show's intro? No. Am I going to anyway? I think you know the answer by now.

We started with what I can now say is definitely the best Weapon Get theme in the Classic series; moved on to Freddie Mercury dodging laser bolts from some kid's game controller; and have now jumped to early 2000s NickToons. This could have ended up as the longest write-up of all, but thankfully: 1.The Weapon Theme itself is too short to comment on; 2.That's not a top-tier Queen song and I'm sure there's a hundred people that know more about the band than I do, so I'm not even going to try to talk about them; 3.I'm not a fan of Danny Phantom. I think Johnbobb was? If you really want to hear about the show, try @ ing him and see if he'll talk about it.
