I don't have Navia, so I can't make great recommendations there, but I'm going to look at it as you're primarily using Noelle, and Navia is a quick swap DPS. So Furina skill/burst, Yelan skill/burst, maybe fire off a blast with Navia, switch to Noelle and go to town. After her burst ends, do full Navia thing with skill, a few attacks (while waiting for crystallizes from Furina) and then skill again, and then start over. At least that's my best guess. Maybe it's better to use Navia before Noelle, but I see her as your gap filler to plug that void before the other cooldowns are up.

Arlecchino: Skill, Xingqiu skill burst, Bennett skill burst, Diona shield, back to Arlecchino, charge attack and start reaping. Skill again as soon as it's up. Supports can effectively be in any order. This one's much more straightforward, other than that sometimes Arlecchino will be spent before the supports are ready.
