Basically if the card says "Created By" on it it counts.

Apocalypse, Deadpool, and Sabertooth are the original copy modifying itself. For instance Deadpool and Sabertooth don't come back from the dead with valley of the hand because they're the original and never actually died. Similarly Apocalypse never comes back from Hela or Ghost Rider because the original just keeps putting himself back in your hand

Swarm however does get reanimated by Hela because you're discarding Swarm then adding two Swarms
