Well, fact is, I already have the following runes:
1 Magic Resist quint (I plan to replace this with HP)
1 HP quint
7 ArPen reds (I'm only 23)
7 ManaReg/level yellows
6 ManaReg/level blues
5 CDR flat blues
I need runes that work for the largest number of characters I play. I plan to finish maxing out CDR blues first for my carries and Leona, and only then might I start buying runes for Jax specifically... maybe. I still have Annie, Leona, and Sona to buy runes for. I was kind of hoping CDR runes would still work for Jax, after all, who doesn't want a shorter CD on their leap, but if not, I guess I'll just keep using him rune-less.
It just seems weird to me not to buy dodge runes for him, it's an 11% difference.
