Ashe is like, THE best kiter in the game.
Yet she still lacks:
An Escape, an AD/AD Steroid, some sort of movespeed inscrease.
This just means she sucks equally all game instead of really sucking at early levels and then just being mediocre the rest of the game.
And Cleanse/QSS are still going to render her initiation null.
But you don't use it to intiate. Not like that, at least.
