Sheamus is sorta just floating around getting wins because they don't know what to do with him right now.
He's basically Kofi without a belt.
I mean yeah that makes him more relevant than Swagger was for most of his time since his reign ended-- at the moment though I think Swagger's about as relevant as Sheamus
