Oh you have got to be kidding me.

Masterplum the level 4 Metapod joins the crew, somehow needing two Poké Balls even though he took 13 tackles from Jeffrey before I started tossing them. About the most amazing thing is that in the entire battle, there was not a single critical hit--crits seem to be extremely common in my Nuzlockes, after all. I move Masterplum to the top of my list and return to Route 1 to train these weaklings. And good lord, are they weaklings. Yeah, that's it; we're training them one at a time, because Tsunami's Thundershock seems to be the only decent move we've got. (Although Hydras should be good, if the fact that Tsunami's taking five damage a pop from wild Pidgeys.)

And because Hydras seems to have the most potential, he's being trained first.

Team:
Tsunami - Level 7 Pikachu - Pallet Town
Jeffrey - Level 2 Nidoran male - Route 22
Hydras - Level 4 Pidgey - Route 2
Masterplum - Level 4 Metapod - Viridian Forest

I feel as though nothing of consequence other than grinding will happen tonight, so in spite of my tendency to play video games under the covers when I go to bed, I think I can stop posting for the night now and be able to update things in the morning.
