Given what the 4-5-6 are, I think that would be a statement out of a lot of people's mouths.
I had picked this format two months ago without credence for who would be here. I wanted the final three for the grand finals. I had toyed with doing 1-3-5 and then 2-4-6, but this is what I picked. Back then. I'm not going to change it to accommodate Chrono Cross. Other than maybe The Girl Who Stole the Stars, I don't see the other CC songs as all that weak, so I didn't really see the issue. You could certainly say that a game that frontloaded would have an advantage here...except a game that frontloaded wouldn't *be* here.
Anyway, what is, is. If Guilty Gear earns a rematch with Ar Tonelico, track 6 would be replaced with the alternate since those two songs have already gone head-to-head.
I alwas assumed the grand finals would simply be...you know, all seven songs together. Would have made more sense honestly.
