Nio is the first girl (and first character) you will meet in the game. A very cheerful, energetic, and bubbly girl, she found you deserted on the beach and nursed you back to health. She intended to keep you as her pet/friend but was forced to give you up after the mayor found out about it.
Nio came from the faraway land of Malaysia. She occasionally can be seen at the harbor looking at the sea, deep in thought about her homeland.
To boost her heart points easily, befriend a bunny and show it to her. Or win the "Best of Go Nagai" CD from the Horse Race Tournament and give the CD as a gift.

At first, you can only meet her in your dreams, where you can talk and give gifts to her. You can also open up battle challenges as you increase her love meter. When you get her to Orange heart, you'll be able to fight her. You'll need a bit of grinding, rare equipments, and a lot of luck to beat her. If you win, she'll move in to the town, while suppressing her powers.
