I got into a game on Overpass and no one went up top. I went up there once to get the flamethrower, that was about it. It was a fun match. The problem with staying low, is that one side starts with their grenades across from mortar/hammer. If both teams make a move for it, one has a major advantage.
Of course, that means the other side has frags across from the way up to the top, though if you're SMART and you start across from the bottom stuff, you can just stay there instead of trying to charge up.
