They should probably change the name, but keeping the 'Wii' part of the name is fine. It has major brand power in the same way 'Xbox' and 'PlayStation' do.
I think having the "Nintendo" part of the name is sufficient. The other two companies make lots of other crap, so it's important not to confuse your game systems with, I dunno, Excel or a CD player or something.
