I didn't insult anyone here. As I said before, I have seen actual religious flamewars on this site before. Calling God a fictional character is not moddable. Insulting anyone who believes in God is what's moddable. And I think you'll find it hard to point out an instance where I bashed anyone for not believing in God.

This, on the other hand, is considered offensive and trolling. What you're implying is that since I made a joke that happened to have the word "God" in it, and because I gave up Christianity after twenty years - which is probably longer than some of you have been alive - I'm "evil."

Can you see the circular, self-righteous logic here? Complaining about being offended, and turning around and calling someone "evil?" Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is why I quit Christianity.

Indeed, but starting a flamewar wasn't my intention, and it still isn't my intention.

But I have to say that the replies in this topic amuse me, not only because I haven't been moderated yet while the ones who are "offended" have been, but also because being preachy to me is a bad idea. I reiterate, I was a Christian for over twenty years . Understanding the religion so well was one of the reasons I gave it up. Sorry, but I can't find the "logic" in cities being destroyed because of the homosexual relations within those cities, diversity and different ideas being a "punishment" from God, and the entire Book of Revelation.

Since when have I even STATED my beliefs? My religion and faith are not up for discussion. They are not important for this topic.

What IS important is that is that you've moved from what might have been intended to be a harmless joke into a form of assault against the religion.

And guess what, you're not only insulting Christianity. You're insulting Islam and Judaism as well. They believe in THE SAME GOD. Only represented in different ways.

And it's called tact, by the way. Wording your phrases as to not cause insult to any listening parties. Those without maturity don't care for it. Obviously, this topic has ceased to be a joke, though it was never a good one to begin with. I'm not asking you to change your lifestyle. I'm asking you to show people a little more respect.

Rhydon is CLEARLY the more useful Pokemon. After all, its the only one capable of learning a competitive moveset without utilizing TMs or breeding moves. Golem comes in second, but only has Explosion over Rhydon. But Rhydon has Megahorn.

Aggron just blows. That sexy defense is nothing with TWO physical 4x weaknesses.

The problem is that I'm too experienced and too intelligent for that tactic to work on me. Claiming out loud, "I'll be the bigger man" is a tactic to make it appear like you're giving it up, but you're really trying to get that last word in edgewise. If you were really the bigger man, you would have dropped it, rather than announcing that you intend to drop it.
