I heard the same thing. I slightly prefer the super nintendo game though which didn't follow the table top game as closely, but it had a better atmosphere story and music imo. only reasons I really liked the genesis version was you could permanently hire, customize to some degree, and even take control of the runners. also the hacking was a lot better in the genesis version. some of the music though I found rather annoying.

For me it was because it was one of the first open world rpg's I played. I also really liked the movie lol it was different and I felt immersed in this new world.

And I have strong doubts about that study a few posts. If any guy was never told they were circumcised and had never seen an uncircumcised penis, then they would never ever know that anything had ever happened to them. You have to have a memory of something for it to give you PTSD.

But I do agree that it's really weird circumcision ever even started, let alone still happens, and for no reason like 99% of the time.

I thought it was for hygiene back in the day. Which isn't relevant anymore and mainly tradition by this point. Also I'm circumcised and glad I am. That extra skin just seems pointless.

But I do get their reasoning behind it. Overcrowding in a school is a thing, and they kinda have to prioritize the kids that live near the school. Could you imagine if you lived 2 blocks away from a school but were told you couldn't go there because the classes were full? If it's a public school, how else do you even regulate how many students get to go there?

Local kids get first choice of course. I am not saying get rid of districts. I am simply saying if you can and are able to go to another school, then you should. Kids in the district should get first priority but you shouldn't be forced to only attend that school, even if your school if choice has an opening.

it's really unfair what happened. the cops are trained to protect their own lives above ours. I find that fucked up. they have the training for these situations, not us. but when we fuck up, we get victim blamed after our death. That man was innocent, and scared. far as I am concerned, that was cold blooded murder. If you're referring to DBE, Goku wasn't an adult character when he met Bulma. He was still in his early-to-mid teens. Granted, making him a high schooler didn't do him any favors since a lot of the comedy from the original series was misunderstanding how things worked and that could have transferred over to the movie.

But that happens all the time, though. Like when American cartoons reinterpret the entire X-Men team into teenagers, or something like Ikki Tousen recontextualizes the entirety of Romance of the Three Kingdoms into modern high school girls fighting and showing off 100+ panty shots per episode.

There's pretty strong precedent for having the X-Men be teens since the original team started out fairly young and they routinely have teenages on the roster. Even when they do stuff like Evo, though, some characters like Wolverine will be adults.

Good point hahaha I didn't even think of that lol well him being a highschooler with a love interest is the weird part. Totally butchered the character.

Yeah but they were done fine. I'm talking like the live action dragon ball, avatar, death note, and attack on titan were done horribly.
