Oh, I wouldn't mind a Ford GT, the 05-06 release or whatever the years. I currently work parts and used to do service in a Ford dealer, so I've seen my fair share come through and have even driven one (through the shop and back around lol).

Wouldn't mind a GT350 either. Those are fun, driven a few of those too, and got the permission from my boss to take one up and down the side street behind our dealer and open up "at my own risk". I think I only went half throttle comfortably before i had to brake so i didn't blow through the stop sign up the hill lol

Last time i was down there, the state-run liquor stores were closed statewide on Sunday, and only a few individual counties even allowed you to buy beer or wine in stores. Dunno about bars, not my scene. I found this out the hard way by shacking up in a motel overnight on a road trip, found the liquor stores all closed, and the county I had stopped in refused to ring up beer at all (but the fridges were still unlocked, those jerks)

Hell, half the other regular stores seemed like they didn't open up until noon. You can bet your ass that churches were open for business though lol

Huh, this is quite the leak then. OG Nintendo stuff, GameFreak stuff and Konami. I wonder if it was all from one central storage location; i know a lot of companies that have tight ties with Nintendo just rent office space from them alongside other similar developers

You better hope you live in Hampton Roads, VA Beach or be willing to drive to the beach somewhere from NoVA or another major city. The state is only blue because of population spikes in the more urban areas. There are still plenty of back roads and really, really small towns where you can faintly hear "Dueling Banjos" in the background and see Confederate flags and people flexing their "TRUMP 2020 MAGA" chops

you're close to affording an r8? the mclaren f1 is like 25 yrs old. I mean a new r8 might be faster than that car.

It'd be comfier, more reliable and waaaaaay cheaper to own, but not faster. They're both sub-4 seconds to 60 but the R8 is significantly nerfed in terms of power to weight and top speed. It probably has way better handling though, i don't think the F1 had any real kind of traction control or even anti-lock brakes

The F1 is still an ungodly beast in the world of production cars, you basically have to step up to hypercars like the Veyron/Chiron, Zonda/Huayra or newer hybrids like the Porsche 918 or McLaren P1 to match it speed wise, and they've all got turbos, electric motors and computers out the wazoo (which really speaks volumes of just how amazing a car it still is)

One of our techs at work has an old RV that's decked out with stickers on the back. Some nu-metal bands, lots of Grateful Dead iconography, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a Greensky sticker mixed in among the bunch

It varies from state to state, but generally speaking you can do pretty much anything to your dog aside from clear neglect or violent abuse. You may not be able to take a sledgehammer to them like in one of the above posts, but you can whack them over the head as "punishment" or leave them chained in the front yard with little room to move around, and there's not much anyone can do other than call the county and hope they'll give them some kind of citation

Even when you do engage in wanton abusive behavior, it's not always a felony or carrying jail time
