That's not really an explanation of how it's "pandering." It's become one of those words people seem to throw around without understanding what it actually means.

If their intent for changing Clark Kent's skin color by having him portrayed by another non-white actor as a means to appeal directly to a specific demographic just by doing that and nothing else to character I would say that is the definition of pandering.

But then as others have mentioned there is a black Superman within DC that isn't Clark Kent. And the article only says he's in talks to play Superman which is not necessarily Clark Kent.

People should be nicer to bald guys. It's an emotional trauma, especially if it happens at a young age.

I had a friend who started loosing his hair in his mid 20's. So I defiantly know there are some that are in that situation. But that can't be the case from the large majority of men whenever I go to a school function and there's a high number 30 to 40 year old men bald with Jesus beards and thick rim glasses.

That said it's not my look. My goatee gets to grown out and I got to shave it down. Now way I could go day to day with a beard like that. And if I do start loosing my hair, then yeah I will shave it regularly. I ain't trying no Capt Pichard look.

I have close to a 24K gamerscore and dont have a single game 100%.

That said I did pay more attention to achievements on the 360 as they were a newer concept and many developers put thought into them besides just kill X amount of X enemy.

I think the only instance thats been the case for me was when I was long bored of GoW gameplay but was interested in seeing the story through. But that hasnt gotten to buy Gears 5 yet.

The same people in this thread bitching about him not being banned are the same reason why he keeps posting on CE to rule these same people up.

A lot lot of people in this thread need to either ignore/block him, take a break from gamefaqs, or stop enabling him. Any one of those will at least be a reason for him to stop posting on CE. But yall wont cause you crave the attention just as much as he does.

The premise of the OP seems to say "oh this shouldn't have happened at all" and I am saying he did something illegal and this reality happened. Thankfully in the end he was a free man and it isn't a good thing that it had to come to this for him to be acquitted.

I can't reply for him, but for myself, I can say both are true. No this man shouldn't be sent to jail for helping another human being. But what he did was illegal and therefore he is responsible for the consequences of his choice. Compartmentalizing is a thing some people can do.
