My hot take is that the amount of content we're getting really hasn't changed much in the last 3 years or so. It just doesn't feel like much because it takes like 2 days to do all of the new stuff typically. But that's just the nature of a game like this. The biggest content update they can do is adding more SBR or ESBR stages but you still get those done in the first weekend!

All new content is free stones lol I really doubt that goes into their decision making. A new Vegeta event with 10 missions is only 50 stones.

If there were a summon for 25 dragon stones that gave 100 million zeni I would strongly consider it. They keep pushing these EZAs and I don't have any money!

A few days ago I went to dokkan Pikkon and I had about 4000 zeni. I had to farm statues just to dokkan him.

Got Pikkon to SA10 with only 11 50% copies of the SSR strike unit. That's a gooood feeling.

I have a feeling this one is bugged too because Fusion does not seem to be doing extra damage or blocking well. A critical hit from LR STR Gogeta on level 20 only took about 1/4 of a health bar from Janemba.

I'd say you're better off just running Super AGL but characters are taking 50k damage from normal attacks so IDK.

Just noticed today that the training area resets back to the default whenever you close the app now. Why would they make that change?

Baby Janemba guards all attacks and reduces damage by 30% if he gets 2 rainbow orbs...

Then if you transform he loses both of those passives. I mean his transformed state has ATK/DEF +180% so maybe he won't get completely wrecked by attacks but why make him lose his defense?

Pikkon has an active skill that works like a ghost usher so that's kinda nice I guess. Pikkon definitely a jack of all trades support but every challenging event blocks sealing/atk down so those skills are basically useless.

Well at least Connected Hope (whatever that means) is another team where I can run LR PHY Vegeta and INT SSJ2/3 Goku. There's only a few teams where that combo works.

Are these cards or categories even good? I haven't heard anything about them since they came out.

Did they change how much orbs heal or did I just have a weird bug? I was playing last night doing the LGE and my rotation was LR AGL Gohan, TEQ Z Sword Gohan, INT Future Gohan. I got about 8 orbs for LR Gohan and then about 7 orbs for TEQ Gohan and I watched my health shoot up 400k. I've never seen that much healing from orbs before.

It's the standard "send your units on missions that take 8 hours and get rewards" that a lot of other mobile games have. Kinda weird it took Dokkan this long to add something like that honestly

Why does "botch" mean "turn it into a joke"?

It doesn't have to mean that in every situation but the bomb was very clearly in "joke" status on the internet after the PPV. So they could either get themselves in on the joke or pretend it was super serious and it wasn't funny guys (even though it was funny how shitty the bomb was). Like yeah it's unfortunate the match got ruined by a dud bomb but this is really the only option they had.

Kingston was selling the bomb very hard after it went off. He was passed out in the ring so they couldn't gloss over that. The rest of the stuff you're saying is basically exactly what happened with Omega?

The guy set up a bomb and everybody took it pretty seriously until the bomb was a complete joke and obviously a botch. So now you have two options: pretend the botch didn't happen or pretend that it was planned to be a shitty bomb.

They went the 2nd option which now creates a problem that if it was a shitty bomb why is Eddie acting like it's a real bomb? He was faking and now the heel is going to make fun of him for it.

It's like giving someone a spicy pepper and then they start going crazy and asking for water/milk then being like "LOL GOTCHU that was a FAKE pepper you dumb idiot".

looool PHY Gotenks EZA new passive:

Passive (Old): Ultra Super Saiyan - ATK +120%; plus an additional ATK +60% and DEF -30% for 7 turns from start of turn
Passive (EZA): Ultra Super Saiyan - ATK & DEF +150%; plus an additional ATK +70% and DEF +30% and medium chance to evade enemy attacks for 7 turns from first appearance

Also the new version in the JP mode is called Version Z and people are thinking it's basically going to be Dokkan 2 levels of new stuff.

Holy shit apparently in the next JP update you can put characters with the same name on the same team!

This is exactly what I suggested they do but I never thought they would actually do it. Time will tell if it's limited to 2 chars with the same name (no team of 6 Piccolo) and if they're able to link together or not.

Wow the EZA for STR #18 actually makes her a good card for Siblings Bond:

ATK & DEF +100%; gain an additional ATK +100% when launching Super Attack; all allies Ki +3 and ATK & DEF +30% and gain 18% Critical Hit chance and damage reduction if there is an ally whose name contains "Trunks (Kid)", "Goten (Kid)", or "Krillin" on the team

If you have LR GoBros then her passive is active AND she can satisfy LR AGL Gohan's transformation requirements to have an Android on the team.

Had a game of battlegrounds last night where I queued into Kripp's game on accident. I was watching his stream and his game looked very similar to mine and then I realized it was the same game. A little surreal to see his chat making fun of my demons build but it's all I had offered!

Yeah Core set is live when the new set is unlocked. Classic mode will get released a few weeks earlier when the new cards actually get added to the game.

The difference with the 8/8 is that it can trade into a minion AND go face for 8 damage. Then if it survives a turn it basically has windfury. I mean I'm not completely convinced it will actually work that way but that's the idea at least.

Looking through the cards and there's some pretty cool stuff. One thing that jumps out to me is Priest getting a 3 mana 4/3 with a deathrattle: deal 3 damage to the enemy hero. With Shadowform being added too are they trying to push an aggro Shadow Priest build?

This card is crazy for the stats and effect but maybe they can justify it because they're NOT building around aggro Shadow Priest?

Also wow they got rid of all of the giants except Clockwork Giant.
