Yeah you kinda need to treat the battle system almost like it's the original turn based from FF7. As soon as you empty your ATB bar you should be switching to another character and emptying their bar. It feels like there's about 5-10 seconds before the enemies start targeting your new character after you switch so you can usually dump some skills and then switch to the next char.

Yeah the UI pose is not as intimidating as I think it should be. It looks like a standard Goku pose instead of a UI pose if that makes sense.

You just hang onto the wall and then drop down onto a snowball lol.

This was fun and I certainly wouldn't complain about a full game but they need to make the hook feel better if they do that.

Hmm I'm not sure if that's the same one. The one I had trouble with was the one with all of the snowballs bouncing around. My brain could not figure out a way to get that strawberry except jumping off snowballs which seemed way too hard.

You are correct but 1 run of the level drops like 4 of each medal so you only need to run it a few times for the team medals.

I was excited to try them again and both of the flavors they picked were absolutely awful. It almost feels like they were trying to sabotage them on purpose so people would stop asking for them.

After buying 5 copies and all of the baba medals I have 800 gems left. So I guess I'm not completely out of gems but it was still a net loss.

I got 35 million on my first try and honestly doubt I'm going to do much better.

Finished grinding all of the units for LR EZA Freiza but I'm completely out of incredible gems now. LR Trunks EZA is going to be a pain if we need another one of these 1500 gem units.

Just played a game as ETC warrior against Priest and once I ran out of cards he literally just stopped playing anything. I mean it's a valid strategy but jesus christ I hate this game lately. Also ETC was the last card in my deck of course.

I took a long break after Un'Goro and I think it's about time to stop playing again.

I ran out of time for the first heist in Persona 5 and I had to redo the entire 2 weeks or however long it was. I almost dropped it but I'm glad I decided to stick it out.

The Naked Gun movies crossed the line into "too silly" territory for me. I remember the exact moment I turned off the first movie was when he said he was going downtown so he needed protection and it cut to him walking downtown in a giant condom. I said "okay, I get it" and didn't need to see any more.

Fav Leslie Nielson movie is Scary Movie 3 which I recognize is probably an unpopular opinion. (Haven't seen Airplane though)

I mean it was officially announced yesterday and releases tomorrow so not much time for advertisement! I prefer the quick release schedule instead of drip feeding us a new card every day for a month though.

But yeah I don't feel like this mini-set is really going to shake up the meta very much. We'll see!

Yeah some people on Reddit said they managed to do it in ONE TURN with LR Metal Cooler or rainbow PHY Cooler. I don't have the patience to grind perfect RNG all day for 5 stones though.

There are definitely those games where I played my absolute best and we still lost that make me question why I bother. Or there are games where I played awful and we still won (but we tend to forget those I think).

I think if you're completely focused on winning then you're going to have a bad time. I mean even with a 60% winrate (which is CRAZY in games with balanced matchmaking) you're still losing 4 out of every 10 games. So if you're playing for fun instead of for winning I think you'll have a better time.

My personal problem with Overwatch is that you basically can't play the fun modes for fun because they have the silly "win 9 games, get 3 lootboxes" crap every week. I can't ignore that quest even though the rewards are pointless so losses make me extra mad. If I play for 2 hours one night and lose every match I'll be crazy mad because I feel like I didn't make any progress toward this stupid quest that I shouldn't care about.

If Overwatch changed that quest to be play 9 games or even play 20 games I think the amount of toxicity would plummet. Of course I'm only taking about the Arcade modes, I don't touch competitive with a 10 foot pole because people care about their silly OW rank points too much.

Mini-Set coming on Thursday, 2k gold or $14.99 for the whole set. There are 4 legendaries and 31 normal cards so 66 total cards for 2k gold pretty good value.

Guess it's time to open my hoarded packs since I don't want to accidentally open any of these new cards on Thursday.

I've been falling for the Jiren hype lately but I'm also thinking I should save for SSJ4 Gogeta or Turles instead. Jiren is cool but there's the problem of where would I actually use him.

Actually just realized I could run LR Gokuza, LR Blue Boys, LR UI Goku, and LR Jiren on Universe Survival Saga so now I'm tempted again.

Yeah I just had a game where I managed to get golden Brann pretty early and then proceeded to only roll the 4/4 buff Murloc for literally 6 turns. Primalfin and Bagurgle MIA the entire game.

I still got 3rd place (on a match I should have won) but sometimes the luck is unreal.

I had a really good final match earlier where I had a 70% chance to win. Things were looking good and then my game crashed halfway through. Went back in and the stats page shows me at 2nd place so either I auto-lost because of the D/C or I actually lost somehow but it's pretty frustrating to never know.

I think you do not (and you don't get achievements for winning) but I could be wrong.

That sounds like the ghost glitch that's been going around. That person who was in 1st place was actually a ghost and if you won that match you actually would have ended up in 2nd place. No idea what triggers it or if it's just a visual bug but there are lots of reports of that happening during this patch.

I've never had any issues with the Spotify UI on PC but I use the browser instead of the Spotify program. I can't imagine they're too different though.

The only thing I don't like about Spotify is that you can't give a song a thumbs down anymore.

I know this is old man shakes fist at clouds grumbling but this and TAS bot arent my ideal end to the marathon.

Doesn't feel any different than a Tetris exhibition, just seeing someone playing a cool game at the highest level. I think it's okay to have a few "high score" games instead of speed games but I can understand not being interested too.

TAS is hit or miss but I appreciate the work that goes into setting them up and I like seeing these guys get a chance to showcase it.

The weird thing is that the Yetee donated 60k during one of these runs but it doesn't seem to be added to the SM64 incentive. They were at around 40k so it should be at least 100k but it's like 85k.

It still wouldn't really be close even with that added but I still doubt they skip the run.

Yeah in the past 2 hours it's barely jumped 10K. There's no way they're raising 200k in 5 hours unless something crazy happens.

That being said I'm sure we'll still see the game but we'll see if they justify it or something.
