Right? About ten years ago I got hurt at work and had to be out for a few months and, aside from the pain of course, it was absolutely amazing not having to go to work.

Sleeping as late as I wanted, didnt have the stress, didnt have to deal with incompetent management or asshole customers, wasnt spending my day hauling stuff around really awesome lol.

I truly feel bad for people who dont know how to entertain themselves without work. Its one thing if you genuinely love your job, but thats gotta be a really rare situation. Im talking about the people who have shit jobs and still would rather be there. What a bleak existence.

Honestly dont care much about sex, so thatd be fine by me.

Well that makes one of us. Personally, almost twenty years working in retail / customer service type jobs has been plenty. Its more than plenty lmao. If I was told I didnt have to work ever again, Id be the happiest motherfucker on this planet.

Its a cool set for sure, but not one Id want to spend that much money on.

I had no problem paying for Rivendell last year though totally worth it.

The second one is kind of relatable for me. I got hurt at work like a decade ago and was out on disability for like three months. Aside from the pain, of course, I had a BLAST not being at work. So many people were like oh youre gonna be so bored, you wont wait to come back. There was not one single second while I was out where I was like gee, Id rather be at work dealing with obnoxious customers, douchebag managers, hauling groceries around all day and hurting myself than chilling, doing whatever the fuck I wanted, watching movies, playing games, hanging with friends, etc. Too bad I cant actually live that way these days lol. My ultimate goal would be to just not have to work. However, I cant maintain my independence that way so wagie life it is.

Based on what Ive seen with all my friends who are married or in a serious relationship that absolutely does seem the case lol. As if it isnt bad enough having to bow to someones whim all day every day at work, I cant imagine having to go home and then not have freedom to do whatever the fuck I want too.
