Agreed. It's actually kind of shocking how good it is. I was expecting an episode-of-the-week kinda thing, essentially a sitcom in the DC Universe. The fact that it has a plot and a pretty decent one was a surprise.

I could see that. Silent's "class" was just pretty evident to me. I got the upgraded power that gives you a free Shiv each turn + the one that makes all of your unblocked attacks poison the enemy. So I went for a lot of low-cost attacks to build poison.

I had no fucking idea what I was doing with Defect. I eventually fell into a build with Loopers, Frost Orbs, and a permanent Thorns relic, but that didn't scale with the enemies.

Actually, speaking of Vision, I think it would have been better to have Paul Bettany play Ultron. Mostly because I much prefer the idea of a plot where trying to use Loki's staff fucks up JARVIS' programming and he merges with the Ultron program.

Just finished the game. I thought it was pretty good for twelve bucks, but I was expecting something longer. I guess I'm just naturally talented while ya'll are not. Not really tho.

I think this show might just have bad writing.

You'd think a show about bringing these characters together and forming a superhero team would end with them teaming up to beat the bad guy. Instead, Beast Boy was the only one that did anything and the rest of them only showed up to beat the shit out of him. The entire situation with Trigon would have been more effectively solved if Gar and Raven were the only two in the house.

And I like the idea of Jorah Mormont as Bruce, but that British accent was trying to get out like his mouth was on fire.

I did watch all of Young Justice. It was great. S3 was a little weaker and I didn't like that they gave Trump lines to Lex Luthor, but I enjoyed it.

The show isn't bad per se, I'm just baffled as to why it goes on so many tangents and focuses so, so hard on Dick Grayson. They could have just made a Robin/Nightwing show. They didn't have to pretend to make a Teen Titans show and then only develop one character.

In the Asylum episode, Dick is drugged and has visions of his younger self saying that he ruined things. That it was never Robin, it was all him. I took that to mean that the violence and brutality Dick blamed on Batman and the mask was just him. That while he can say Bruce trained him to do those things, he was the one that couldn't put it away.

Then at the end of the episode, Dick looks down at the hallway full of guards he just brutally beat into unconsciousness with a pipe. He realizes there's a gas leak and tells Starfire to use it to burn the place down. When she asks if he's sure, he looks down at his reflection in a puddle of water and sees Robin staring back at him. She throws the pipe into the reflection and tells her to do it.

These two events led me to believe he'd come to terms with who he is. He'd just barely held onto Batman's no-killing rule, but he was done with that. These were bad people and they deserve to die. But then in the next episode, he's the exact same? He says he had to leave Robin behind and tells Donna it's because he was just getting too violent.

Is it just bad writing? Cuz I can believe it's bad writing.
