I'm enjoying the show, though I wouldn't say I get excited about it. It's low stakes, well done (for the most part) and covers important (but perhaps not vital) parts of Star Wars - Boba Fett, Jabba, Tatooine, Rancor, etc. I didn't expect this to be much different from what it has been.

I will say that Boba looked awful against the shield guys, who in turn were real idiots for not realizing that Boba had body guards. Or the chase scene. I guess the 'present' time's action hasn't felt great. I think the flashback has been the strongest part for me.

I guess I'd say it's a B- so far, and I'm expecting it to be a B, so, as long as the criminal overlord stuff improves, I'll be happy.

Whats fun to think about with the Cowboys last play is the helmet mics were on, so Dak was probably listening to a couple of guys on the sideline screaming clock it clock it spike it panic panic lol.

had a death in my family so wasnt able to spend the time I wanted to write it up - this is an obvious amazing album and was on my shortlist to nominate for my week

the Pats have been Garbo in the first half of games. I think the second half will be OK but the Bills will be too far ahead for it to be compelling

Usually not a big Sci Fi fan but Ive enjoyed this show. Definitely recommend! The series finale is now up ( Amazon Prime).

I should have typed up a bit more about Breakfast in America - I was a kid in the 80s and the main 3 singles from the album (Stranger, Logical, Long Way) were radio staples. A lot of people bought the album, but it felt like we didn't listen to it very much because it was always on the radio. It's a nice album to re-visit because the title track is a good song and not just a decent single, the big singles are fun and full of nostalgia, and Child of Vision is a really nice album cut that I didn't appreciate until I was in my 30s or so.
