I'm working on not making fun of people in general for physical or mental problems

ButI literally can't help that I have mental illness. I take steps to alleviate those problems.

Some people that are overweight probably could start by getting help. And they know they need help. But they're too stubborn or prideful to ask. I know because for a long time that was me with my mental health.

I won't get into the deets but mom's side has very strong history of suicide, depression, alcoholics. Grandma's sister killed herself. Never even got to meet her because I wasn't born yet.

I don't have any real advice except reach out to family and friends as much as you need to. They will help you through this. CE too. There are a lot of caring peeps on here when shit gets real like this. The trolling and gimmicks fall away.

I haven't read the topic,so this is just my opinion from the op. Yeah I think you should go to HR. If you had asked me even a year ago I'd have said who gives a shit. But I've gone through a lot of changes this year on a lot of things. Let go of hate that only serves to hold me back. I still don't completely understand all the stuff about transgender stuff. But I'm trying. We all just need to be nicer to each other.
