Children are there because their parents are trying to do whats best for future generations by bringing them to a better county that has historically been very welcoming to downtrodden immigrants. Ya know, the American dream?

Maybe dont be part of a mob rushing the border fence to illegally enter while pelting the armed guards with rocks. What the hell do you expect to happen? Just let them in? you can only control one character at a time but you can switch between them mid battle
controlling one is good enough for most fights but in some bosses i found i could beat them without having to grind by switching between all 4 give them a command and then switch to the next one ( by just pressing a button )

like making one to use tigerblade and while he does that change to the spell caster to move it away from an attack or start casting a spell and move to the next one

id be k with a system similar to some tales of games i played in some of those i keep losing vs a boss and noticed i can avoid grinding if i just switch from one character to the next one after entering a command

sometimes is the only way to keep all characters alive to beat the boss without over leveling

i dont know if they got it or not but i know they were going to the US border to apply for asylum and trump asked mexico to stop them from reaching it
