| kingdrake2 04/19/23 5:05:16 PM #2 | depends on the landlord. before father died... there was one that didn't like us for reasons despite paying on time and having an incident where i was helping my brother for a week to have a place to live (landlord didn't like that) threatened to evict if he didn't go. the last one before the new guy came in: didn't have any problem. paid on time and even helped when i couldn't make rent one month when down on luck provided it got paid back. when the new guy took over the complex he jacked up the rent 30% to 1200$.
