I live in Tulsa, and it's not a picnic. My brother keeps a picture of himself and his kids together, just in case anyone ever doubts that they're his just because of their different skin tones.

Also there was that time I called the police multiple times for a home invasion in progress (long story), and it took two hours for anyone to show up. I have absolutely zero faith in the local force.

Just remember to keep your fingers off the back touch area unless your playing something that uses that area. Some Playstation one games have a couple of buttons mapped back there, and it is annoying when you have something happen because you didn't know that and you were touching the areas.

There aren't very many games that use it though.

I'd say that it really isn't worth explaining anymore though - especially here on PotD. The vast majority of people either got it right away, or understood once the misunderstanding was cleared, or just don't care either way.

The only people who continue to argue how wrong, stupid, or racist it is, are exactly the people you would expect to do so. Not a single name among those here upset about the name surprises me.

These people are absolute psychopaths. Along with anyone making a show of brandishing guns to defend their turf; all these people actually want to start shooting people. That's not something any sane person should ever desire, much less the people in charge of securing the city.

I would actually trust the rioters/non-peaceful protesters over these guys. At least with them they'll probably just steal/wreck my property and leave, and aren't specifically aiming to hurt me.

I've pretty much made my peace with the virus. I'm still doing my best to avoid it because the very last thing I want is to pass it to my mom, but I'm not actually stressing about it anymore. I just wish other people took it seriously enough to do the bare minimum of precautions.

As for current events, I'm fired up and have no intention of sitting on the sideline. I see it as more than a race issue, and one that affects every American citizen.

I was thinking of how the issue relates with me personally. I have my share of regrets of not standing up to mistreatment when I was younger; whether the victim was me or someone else. I made a vow at one point to never back down from a worthy cause ever again, and I intend to keep it, no matter who the opposition is. With my history, my ideals, and my heritage, there's no way I could possibly ignore this.
