I am not cheering for either camp too much in the finals, but I am cheering for Croatia to score first so we can get some excitement from the finals. I really don't want to watch France score first and play 60 more minutes of "tactical soccer" as the announcers begrudgingly call it.

Americans would like soccer much more if teams like France didn't play "tactically". Waste of time and bad TV entertainment. Should be more red cards for "tactical" play and less yellow cards.

"tactical play" = wasting time...or French and Brazil style of play.

1. What match will be the main event? Women's title (2) - Cash in.

Does this count? I'm saying the women's champ match is main event, but I do believe a cash in will happen. However, it'll be a knock on Rousey's and Nia's head then the belt switch. Not exactly a "main event" match, but technically the final match.

If a cash in match (no matter how short the match is) does count as a main event, I'd like to switch my vote to "Cash-in" as a main event.

7 of the final 8 would've at least been acceptable. 5 of the final 8 would've been outright amazing. We wound up with the 1/8. I mean, congrats to Stifled. Just sucks to participate for such a long fucking contest, and then all the best winners get anti-voted for being threats until, as XIII said, the three least-threatening Pokemon were left at the end.

A few things I liked about the contest include:
- Gen 1 losing the strap, had to happen sometime.
- The final six Gen 7 Pokes that did really well. Ultra Sun and Moon are great games. Gen 7's final three were all in my party and were much beloved (Mimikyu, Lycanroc, Decidueye)
- Zekrom winning Gen 5.
- tennis did a good job early with weeding out the large number of Pokes, and the consistency in later rounds was awesome.
- Never thought a musical note shaped bird would make it this far, but hey I never played Mystery Dungeon I guess?
