I dont exactly recall when I first heard about Chris Chan. Possibly from Something Awful when Tails Gets Trolled got started and people compared it to Sonichu comics..
But I dont think you have to be a visitor of bad places like Kiwifarms to know about him. Plus Down the Rabbit Hole did a very good video about him.

I guess its a pleasant surprise to see so many people in the dark tho.

Also this is terrible, and I am glad he got arrested and that she is away from him now.

Season 8's best episode was the one on the space train for me
Heaven Sent was great too, as was Dark Water
They were just let down by their follow-ups... as is the Moffat curse. (Subversive part 2s work only once, and that was season5, Steven!)

Never saw season 10, but I guess I should.

The Toon monsters dodging attacks was not always consistent either.
Blue Eyes Toon dodged the attack, but when Celtic Guardian tried it, he got blocked and destroyed instead.
Even though in both instances the two monsters were equally strong..
And dont get me started on how the card game bungled the Toons eventually, at least for the first phase.
(We have like 5 phases of toons now)

Joey at least used the Fisherman again in the manga. But it was a level 4, so it was easier to summon there.

Jinzo is just infinitely more useful (but also a level 7 in the manga)

Yeah sangan really gets the brunt of it, sadly. I think he ends up in jail with witch of the black forest (which is funny since iirc both were integral parts for the yata lock) and that's the last we've seen of him, all because he took the wrong bus. I really feel bad for poor sangan.

The anime never really made sense of Obelisks effect, especially when it somehow cannot destroy a god of equal power but still deliver a direct attack...

Kuriboh does also use its hand effect against Vivian in that filler tournament.
(Needless to say the above scene was also filler. In the manga Kuribohs only effect seems to be 'explode when it touches something')

And hey at least we got all the Kuriboh variants now.. (except for one of Yuya's manga performapals)

I also love the joke of the monsters in the back being confused about why they were forbidden, since they were just the victims of Tribe Infecting Virus.. not the virus itself.

Unfortunately the ruling is that Parasite Paracide cannot die if it wants to activate its flip effect.. But yeah face-up cards in the deck can happen. Tho Paracide is the only one that puts itself in the opponents deck..

Also I dont think its even allowed anymore IRL because of how it would have to physically be traded.

oh i think i misworded it if that's where the misunderstanding is coming from. it's not that he was forced to summon it in the duel against Mako but he figured he might as well summon it because he could infect Mako's monsters that way (he couldn't).

In the manga he simply forgot to take it out of his deck.. (and since it still used its manga effect, the Parasite infected his monsters instead lol)

Also Graceful Charity was great and I love how often the angel appears in other cards (mostly to be nice to a banned Sangan).
I also like that the anime invented its dark counterpart.

Instead of preparing to execute Davos himself and stopping because he realizes he's forgotten what it means to be a king.
He instead tries to let his men execute Davos and has to be stopped by Melisandre of all people.

I mean yeah Blackwings have a big presence in the anime
Too big.
The character that used them replaced the main heroine as the third wheel because the show wanted to promote him and his cards
Plus talk about an archetype thats frontloaded to hell and then just kept getting lesser and lesser monsters as things went on.

Also I havent mentioned this for every card but it goes without saying that the artwork is a big factor for all of them and this one is no exception. Its just some old man with a magnificent beard telling you NO. Legend.
