Vlado is posting very large posts and people are posting very large posts in return feeding and bolstering his arguments, even 350 posts later. That is holding his own.

Vlado is easily shut down in 50 posts MAXIMUM, after which all you should need to do is link to your previous posts as he goes in circles a couple times and then completely stops posting for ~2 days out of sheer fear of response, only coming back to bump the topic with something unrelated hoping everyone forgot what happened.

No one is making a single rhetorical argument against Vlado, which means they are too stupid to realize it's entirely a rhetorical argument. They are all just trying to masturbate to their own perception of facts, completely oblivious that Vlado is by far the ultimate master of that.

Yeah for 3 I was mostly referring to XIII's thing about Big Boss being different in regards to pride and legend than Solid Snake via his admiration of The Boss.

And I totally forgot about PW... that one really solidified all the implications of 3/4. But I don't think it was really ever explained by Miller split from Big Boss, even after V.

Yes by far. Because all the story and gameplay of MGS2 gave Raiden "psychopath killer" credit. It's a ridiculous backstory, but there's no other way to explain Raiden and why you are playing him.

In V, there are literally dozens of S+ soldiers that you can collect and play as. They are all worthy to be Big Boss according to MGSV, but why weren't they? No reason. V was just the lucky one picked out.

This doesn't apply to him though because his intent was laid bare at the verrrrrrrry end of the story, and it was so intensely, GROSSLY badass. There should've been no chance for him to be uninteresting. Like the arc of Ocelot from MGS 1 through 4 was so brilliant, to come back to the character and treat him like V treated him is just a huge insult.

Well not even. The absolute tippy top of this is the burger tapes (which is super sad in itself), but even those tapes weren't really about relationships. It was just a quirk of Miller's, giving just him a tiny bit of personality. Didn't involve Snake or anyone else.

Quiet is the strongest relationship in the game and she is literally equated to a dog for the vast majority of it.
