For a couple years between my grandmother not being able to cook anymore (and her turkeys were always terrible anyway) and my taking over the cooking, my grandparents would get Thanksgiving dinner from Boston Market. But I think you have to order in advance, you can't just go in on Thursday and expect to grab something last minute.

If you won a million dollars, you'd end up paying almost half that in taxes, so it would really only be a half million. And that won't buy much of a house in any major city. Forget about retiring on that.

If they refuse to cover something that they clearly should, contact your state's department of insurance.

I did that when my insurance company refused to pay for one of my doctors because he was "out of network", even though I sent them a screenshot of their own website showing he was definitely IN network.

I've got a copy of Electroplankton. That was fairly rare when the DS was still the latest thing, it's probably even harder to find now.

Fortunately all we do is simple addition. We have to count 4 rooms of inmates and add it together. Max of 34 inmates to a room for a max total of 136 in the building. I don't trust doing it in my head though so I do it on paper.

For that sort of thing, I'd think a tally counter would be ideal. You just click the button for each person and it keeps track.

Early Nick showed a lot of recycled British stuff. It's basically how I found out about Danger Mouse and Bananaman. I don't wear one at work because I have my own office and don't normally have to deal with other people except remotely.

I usually wear one when I go shopping because I really love my animal masks. And I get lots of smiles and comments from other people.

Dehydration can cause both low and high blood pressure. When you're dehydrated, your blood volume is reduced, which lowers your blood pressure. But when you're dehydrated, the level of sodium in your blood rises, so your body releases a hormone called vasopressin. This causes the arteries to constrict, which increases the blood pressure.

You can actually swing back and forth between these two extremes, which carries its own risks such as shock.
