For reference, it basically means the guide has a 77% like/dislike ratio or higher (and at least 20 votes). Roughly the top 1% of guides on the site or so, IIRC

I checked-out a few other releases to see how these updates effect information for the guides listed.

Highest Rated is a "one use per list" reference, but it's used several times (?). In this case Highest Rating, a "one or more uses per list" reference, is more meaningful.

Many things once were game system specific due to technological requirements and limitations. Now, they are more standardized and generic.

I've been on a cart narc kick recently and watching all their videos.

I watched a few of those videos.

The problem I have with what this guy is doing is that the videos posted to the channel are non-instructional--most of the encounters featured are ones where he attempts to get people who leave their cart loose to return it to a cart corral, to "do the right thing", but fails. He then proceeds to goad those people, who are neither prepared nor interested in resolving the situation by re-engaging with him or by returning their cart, into re-engaging.

[ Shopping carts are expensive. Vehicle repairs from shopping cart collisions are expensive. People who leave carts loose are inconsiderate. All of these things are true. However, what he's doing is communicating the right message the wrong way. He could be charged with creating a public nuisance for his troubles, too. ]

If he's serious about doing something constructive, not just capturing more "stunt" videos to upload to his channel, maybe he should try to partner with a commercial property management team for the mall stores, or municipalities, in order to develop and deliver an official, focused, public information campaign on shopping cart return safety.

Winding back through time, the current image is a modernization of the original image drawn in 1926 by Irene Castle (wife of team founder, Frederic McLaughlin).



The profile of that image looks strikingly similar to the profile of the Eternal Indian statue in Rock River, Illinois, sculpted by Loredo Taft and dedicated in 1911.



Taft said this statue didn't reperesent any one person or group, but it was identified as "Black Hawk" on the dedication program cover... which has been known as ever since.

All of this being said, 1) such depictions were made to honor, not trivialize, Black Hawk's fighting spirit (though, imo, I'm not the right person to be saying whether or not it's offensive), and 2) these seem like perilous times for personalized icons, regardless of the person(s) being given the tribute or the underlying intent for their making.

Seeing what works best with any one cat is about getting to know their personality. A few helpful (?) tips:

- Cats are nocturnal. Also, how social they are seems to be inversely related to how much of a hunter they are.
- Cats, like most animals, are habitual--to change a habit, an acceptable [to them] alternative must be provided.

The best DLC release, imo, is F.E.A.R. Files. You can buy each DLC expansion separately as digital, or both as retail (disc), and play them as stand-alone (F.E.A.R. not required).

[ The expansions have less story development than F.E.A.R. itself, but the action and level design is pure F.E.A.R. ]
