I remember when I was a kid, my parents took us to choose some games to buy.

My brother chose Fire Emblem, because he thought Roy from Melee was in the game. That turned out to be one of the best games on GBA, although we never found Roy.

The game I chose? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003). It was a shitty beat-em-up that I beat in a few hours. So yeah, I can't believe that game was basically next to FE7 on the shelf for the same price. Fuck that game!

Pokemon HeartGold I think. Maybe beating Baten Kaitos Origins, I think the price went down on that once the remaster came out. Anyway both are just over $100 canadian

Exactly. We vote to keep the Conservatives out of power, but the Liberals aren't exactly doing anything worth getting excited about. I've actually voted NDP in every election I've been 18 for, but in practice my riding has historically been red and hasn't changed. I'd vote red if I had any reason to believe that blue had a chance of pulling ahead here.

M1 air is a nice laptop for the price. can just chill in your living room or something and you almost never have to charge it. and yet it can handle big workload if you need it to.

I think the only remaining use case for Windows in a home setting is for gaming.

If taking a break is hard, make it more than a break and make a serious effort to cut alcohol out of your life entirely, because you're at a serious risk of becoming an alcoholic (if you aren't there already). If taking a break is easy, you're probably okay for now, though hold on to the philosophy of periodically making sure that you can indeed quit.

Well if you apply this to everything, you should quit everything you enjoy cause it's hard to quit

I find it bizarre that they included full English on the Asian physical release, yet (apparently) aren't doing a physical release in North America.

Is that the physical release only? I usually buy games from HK eshop because it tends to be cheaper, but this one was listed as only having Korean and Chinese language options for some reason.

That is still a thing. Battle is pretty much the same but all the menus are different. Deck management seems more streamlined.

I bought it instantly of course as a BK mega fan.

Playing BK1 so far. Performance is surprisingly not good for a remaster of a gamecube game. But I shouldn't expect too much from the Switch.

There is no English dub, of course I knew this going in. I do have some nostalgia for the tin can dub with horrible acting, but I probably would have played it with JP VA anyway given the choice, since that was never an option in the original release or even on emulator to my knowledge if you want English text.

Marketing for this game is completely non existent. No NA physical release. No presence on the eShop. No critic reviews. It's like they want this game to flop.

But anyway, I'm enjoying it a lot. They added a game speedup for QOL and some other things. Graphics look pretty clean.

Godot is definitely better since adopting C#. If anyone has used GDScript you know it was very painful.
