a lot of people just don't finish games for whatever reason, especially RPGs. FFX is one of the easiest Final Fantasy games but it's story heavy so some might just get bored halfway through.

No wonder Youtube doesn't show like/dislike anymore, lol.

I guess it's the same demographics voting in contests. Man at one point we used to have this "after school vote" thing...we don't have to worry about that any longer hahaha

on a more serious note, GameFAQs/SBAllen have failed horribly. How do you let this site get so old? why aren't we adding new users? there are more gamers now than ever, yet the 13-25 age group doesn't even know this website exist. They're all on reddit and Twitch !
Maybe we should start allowing people to stream games right here..

I would say FF14 has pretty comfortably strengthened since the big WoW exodus last summer, and the success of Endwalker earlier this year. Is it enough to get close to FFX? Certainly not, but I'll take it over 12/13/15 easily

They also made it much easier to solo the game's dungeons, that helps with its popularity.

consoles don't interest me in anyway, even if the matches are unpredictable, it's still boring.

I did wonder how much things would change after "Red Ventures" purchased GameFAQs (among other sites)

of course I can't argue with the typical GameFAQs loser, I have learned that long ago. How do you argue with some one who thinks it's cool or tough to insult every religion? or the idiot who keeps saying "incel! incel! INCEEEL!" ?

There is nothing to do here. at least we have some real tough people in the real world taking care of the losers (read: democarts/biden)

I have an idea, how about you don't engage in sex if you are not married, don't have a job and your whole life is a fucking mess? marry someone who can support a family, or get a job, get an education, do SOMETHING before you spread your legs.

The people in the US need to get their priotities straight. It starts with helping the poor get education and well-paying jobs, not make it legal to murder babies.

I asked SBAllen through a message if there is a contest happening and he answered in a cheeky way, I think we will get a contest sooner than later.

And even more FFVII remakes are on the way !
FFVII will at least get to maintain its 2nd place for the foreseeable future.

The only thing I remember from golden sun the lost age is getting stuck in tedious dungeons with too many random encounters while trying to solve puzzles .There are waaay better rpgs on the GBA.

I wish they put more effort into this remaster but I am still excited to play, I have always loved this game.

yeah this is defintely true. MGS4 was THE game back in 2008, along with GTAIV. People bought PS3 just for MGS4. I barely remember the days leading up to MGSV or what year it actually released LOL

Didn't FFIV get a pixel remaster? that must have helped a bit, it got very positive reviews on steam

to be fair there is a bunch of great games on that list. I voted RE4 , a game I have beaten literally dozens of times but FFIV and GTAIV are also some of my favorite games.

I have only played MGS4 once and never touched it again, I guess it's the same for many.

Souls is made by Japanese developers obviously but it's also inspired by western games. The fantasy elements, the storytelling and the aesthetics are very much western style
