I mostly play EDH and I use an almost exclusively planeswalker deck. It plays fairly nicely if I can convince my opponents that Im not a big threat while I build up to an army of unstoppable planeswalkers that nuke every creature before they can attack me, but it dies miserably as soon as anyone plays an Immortal Sun.

For the record, it obviously released a few hours early. When I downloaded it the description only said Coming soon... and now it says:

It was silently because it wasnt advertised beforehand but it was also pretty much guaranteed to have been scheduled to release when they started announcing it.

I agree, but at the same time you can't let cyber bullying go on just because they are messaging you instead of doing it in the open.

If its a legitimate crime then call the police about harassment and let them handle it, but if the only thing wrong is your feelings have been hurt by mean words then the school has no reason to get involved.

If they said this in private they would be safe as long as no one had a problem with it and reported it. Which must have happened for them to have seen it. So they were making someone uncomfortable.

The problem with this logic is that it inherently bans it anyways even in private, as you just said its okay unless they find out about it anyway. There is no limit to the reach of the school into these childrens lives that you are proposing is reasonable.

If these children want to be stupid... lets face it, children using your reasoning too bad so sad if they go to public school. It also makes it so that theyre inherently being punished for being poor as these restrictions wouldnt be imposed on them if they went to a private school or were homeschooled.

Hate speech is not protected by first amendment, much like defamation, threats to the peace, child pornography, etc.

Hate speech is not defined by federal law. I can walk up to you and say I hate you for any particular reason. That will not put me at odds with the First Amendment. Like it or not people have the right to say stupid or mean things about you, just like you have the right to say stupid or mean things about them.

It depends on the rules. Like at my job, one guy got fired for posting bad things about the work place on FB. Technically, I'm in an at-will state. So they can do whatever they want. But there are still probably rules against post negative things about the job. If the school said the rules were to not be racist (in or out of school), and they broke the rules, then the school can punish them, I would think...

The admin gave a time out on the racists after they used the N word and made white supremacy remarks on social media

You know what, the school might actually have legitimately violated their First Amendment rights here if this is a public school. The kids were being stupid, like so many other kids, on their own time outside the school and the school overreached into their lives outside of the school and deemed something they said to be a violation of school policy.

This would equate perfectly with the city council where you work trying to punish you for saying mean things about your coworkers after you left the city and went back home for the day.

It could still be in limbo between the two banks, yours and the IRSs. Eventually itll get returned to the IRS and theyll most likely just automatically send a check to you in the mail. Remember the government is notoriously slow about everything they do. Id say wait until around the 20th to start spamming them with messages.

You know what, last question that comes to mind: Since you mentioned that it was actually daytime when I initially thought you were talking about night, you werent in an area that requires headlight use even during the day were you? Here in California we require headlight use in tunnels and in certain valleys where high walls can make it difficult to see cars even during the day.

You said your break lights work but do your running lights work? Oftentimes Ill see that a car has no working tail lights at all when its pitch black out, which makes it appear that they havent turned on their lights. In actuality they have their headlights on but they either dont know or dont care that both tail lights are out. Your break lights might work fine but if the others are out you cant tell when youre driving. Also are your rear turn signals working too? Are you even using your turn signals when you change lanes, turn, or merge? Maybe youre just driving badly and theyre trying to tell you youre a bad driver?

Youre going to have to consider adding an option for I stopped watching the Simpsons by this season as i barely even remembered this episode. Im pretty sure its around here I lost interest in the series, and Im only up to season 7 on Disney+ at the moment.
