| _Harmonica_ 05/20/19 3:25:20 PM #62 | Watched 4&5 yesterday and just finished watching the finale. It's a fine ending, though I almost felt like they finished it with a little too neat of a bow. I appreciate that they went the Mad Queen Dany route, though I wish they had built it up more gradually. Cleganebowl was not very hype but served its purpose, I guess. Overall the last season felt kind of sloppy, the major plot points were fine and it was certainly a spectacle, but there's a lot more to nitpick than there was in the best seasons. At least it's an ending, which is more than the Gurm can ever give us. |
