I hate it when media personalities complain about this shit. There's no such thing as equal pay in a field where your very existence dictates your worth. You get paid what you're worth to the project through negotiation. You can argue that particular projects may stiff people relative to their actual value or argue for more openness in what your coworkers are getting paid to allow for fairer negotiation, but not every star has the same value to a project.

Yes. After the keyblade unlocked the ability for him to use magic. He was able to use it in hollow bastion. (Which could be seen as a gameplay convenience more than anything, but sure.) All Im saying is that obtaining a keyblade gives you the skill and ability to use magic. Not that you need it to use the magic forever after.

Donald is the court wizard. Hes clearly done something to get to that level. Sora is a child, and he picked up a keyblade and could use magic like Donald. Pretty sure the keyblade has something to do with it.
