I am sorry if you do struggle with such things, but no one is going to mind if you slip up or forget someone's pronouns by accident. The issue is if you purposely refuse to use them when asked or corrected.

They ultimately are a simple thing to remember for 99.9999% of people, no matter how much they complain about the centuries old singular they, that they almost certainly use in conversation (like I just did then!)

What about people who don't know who Demi Lovato is and don't know what pronouns Demi uses? Would it be wrong of them to assume that Demi would go by she/her pronouns because, oh you know. Demi Lovato is a woman?
