The Justice Department's lawyers should absolutely have asked the question "if you rule the President has absolute immunity, what's to stop him from having all of you killed?".

I have a feeling the issue is the SCOTUS is kinda like, well, think of like Reddit mods or something similar to that.
You ask this question they will get upset and say you aren't taking this seriously and use that against you and they have so much power they can abuse it and do it in front of you and if you complain about it, it just gets worse.
Basically got to tip toe and play lip service to them.

Just to mention I wasn't biggest Biden fan. That should be obvious that I align more with what Bernie wanted to do. But Trump is so destructive that Biden looks amazing beside him. In case anyone would argue I am just googly eyed for Biden.
