Been working with a personal trainer for 3 weeks and I'm super happy with how things are going. I've already gained 10 pounds since I started! I'm sure some of it is fat, but I'm not worried about that, as long as I'm gaining muscle. Which I know I have been because I've already gained 3/4s of an inch on my arms and I'm excited lol.
